These Terms govern your use of the Mega Sale Platform platform operated by Mega Sale Universal Trading LLC, 6481 W 77th St, Los Angeles, CA 90045, United States. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Mega Sale provides an AI-assisted platform for creating and managing online stores built on WordPress and WooCommerce. AI-generated content is a starting point that you are responsible for reviewing before publication.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content and products of the stores you operate.
You may not use the platform for unlawful products or content, infringement of intellectual property, deceptive practices, spam, malware, or attempts to compromise the platform or other users' stores.
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Plan limits (such as number of stores and AI allowance) apply as described at purchase. Fees are as displayed at checkout; changes will be communicated in advance.
AI-generated branding, copy, product data and policy drafts may contain errors and must be reviewed by you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish, including prices, claims and policies.
You retain rights to the content you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the store content generated for you. The platform software and design remain the property of Mega Sale.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless prohibited.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
